A unique academically based child care center, focusing on Sustainability concepts, located in the heart of Pacific Beach in Northern San Diego.

A beautiful campus nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood near the beach, staffed with very experienced teachers, where we have been serving our community for over 40 years.

We have 5 programs.....
Bluebirds
Invigorating practice that raises the energy of kundalini from the base of the spine with the help of regular practice of meditation and asana combinations.
Parakeets
This is a unique combination of yoga asanas, therapeutic gymnastics, relaxation and meditative poses in a hammock with no load on the spine.
Canaries
A dynamic yoga practice that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling through asanas, pranayama, and bandhas.
Robins
The most popular yoga practice. The goal of Hatha is to achieve the unification of the mind, body, and spirit through physical exercises.
Big Nest
